There is a 33% chance to apply a Burn effect ( 1) to himself for each Token of Unchecked Power present at the beginning of each round, and can stack up to 3 times. Certain skills of the Occultist are empowered by Unchecked Power Tokens, and consume 2 of said Tokens when used. 🔸The Occultist has several skills that apply Unchecked Power Tokens to himself.

All other skills must be unlocked through the Shrine of Reflection, after which they are permanently available for subsequent playthroughs.

🔸The Occultist will always start each run equipped with Sacrificial Stab, Abyssal Artillery, Weakening Curse, Wyrd Reconstruction, and Daemon's Pull.
